_{[EDIT #2] sorry guys, but since the world has people who have no courtesy or care for other peoples' hard work, how much effort they put into what they do--i'm putting new watermarks on ALL of my Sonic art. i know how many batshit crazy Shadow fangirls are out there, and i DON'T want those stupid little shits stealing MY work and doing motherfucking RECOLORS of it.

[EDIT] well i've gotten a few requests as to what's on the spray paint can, so i'll go ahead and share what i've put on it:

god fuck it, sometimes i really hate dA's title letter limit. blrrfh.

this is a LOOONG overdue piece of art that i had planned on doing about a year ago, but i never got around to doing it. this is based on *Serynzia's Sonic Street story, where Shadow is hailed as one of the greatest graffiti artists in the city he's in, and celebrated for never being caught by the authorities. he's pretty much himself in the story, save for wearing clothes and turning all of Darsken (the city) into a living art portfolio.

anyway, a few notes on the picture: the reason why he's spray painting "Love" on here is kind of something personal i put, but also because i think it relates to Shadow's emotions; the only friend he ever had, Maria, had been taken away from him in order to stop his creation. i truly think that Shadow loved her like a sister, and so in his devastating past incident, i'd see it as sort of a tragic and sorrowful emotion for him, which kind of fits his personality a little. so the words "Love" and "Forever" spray painted onto the picture, here, are directed towards Maria.

aside from that, i had a wonderful time working on this. i enjoyed doing Shadow's pose and coloring it as well. it was so much fun >w<

up next, and possibly the last in the series (unless i decide to do the side-characters), is Silver! 8D
